We want you to love your new jewelry, but if things aren't quite right, we offer a 28-day return window for most items. Please ensure pieces are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your jewelry securely in its original Astrid & Miyu box and protective pouch to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Generate Your Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal and print your prepaid shipping label or generate a digital QR code.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed within 10 working days.
